Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with reporting financials for projects so that they can be managed effectively
- Assisting with maintenance of project ledger information
- Coding and batching of invoices
- Ensuring that accounting records exist to support asset transfers and charging of costs
- Calculate and record depreciation of assets accurately
- Supporting with ongoing process improvements
- Journals and reconciliations, including variance investigation if and when required
- Other adhoc finance related duties when required by the Management Accountant
