Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with reporting financials for projects so that they can be managed effectively
  • Assisting with maintenance of project ledger information
  • Coding and batching of invoices
  • Ensuring that accounting records exist to support asset transfers and charging of costs
  • Calculate and record depreciation of assets accurately
  • Supporting with ongoing process improvements
  • Journals and reconciliations, including variance investigation if and when required
  • Other adhoc finance related duties when required by the Management Accountant
