We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated
Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to support the Digital Team by delivering advanced services to patients with long-term conditions who have been prescribed a new medication.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Your primary task would be to identify potential patients eligible for the New Medicines Service. Contacting those patients to explain the benefits of the service and gain their consent accordingly.
  • Book telephone appointments for those patients to speak with an expert regarding their new medication
  • You must demonstrate initiative and divert any queries that patients may present to the customer service or clinical team

Experience:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Full training and support will be available to ensure that the team can provide the best possible care to patients
  • Time management
  • Telephone experience
  • Call centre/customer service experience would be ideal

Additional Information:


Hours: 6 hours per week, between 9 am and 6 pm - each Friday (Extra hours will be available to cover holidays)

Office based within the warehouse - Meir, Stoke on Trent

You will be enrolled in a training course to fulfill the requirements of this role

May - September 2023
