Umbrella Pay Rate:
£15.60ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:


Cardiff are recruiting a Business Support Manager to work across our Childrens Services Social Work Teams to help with the supervision of staff.

This post will be office based in one of our offices in Fairwater.


The Business Support Manager role, plays a key part in supporting the North Locality Social Work, Unaccompanied Asylum Seeker and Personal Adviser teams in safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children, young people and their families.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU
You must be able to work flexibly and adaptably to changing priorities.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be experienced in working to agreed standards and deadlines. You must be able to work on your own initiative andas part of a team. Experience in maintaining databases and experience in working with figures is advantageous. A positive and customer focused attitude is essential, as is an understanding of staff motivation and support.

You will hold regular team meetings and one to one supervision with staff.
