Customer Service Coordinator / AdministratorSci-Tech Daresbury
DESCRIPTION:
DUTIES:
- Arranging site visits for the engineers
- Managing all the quotes being sent out and following up to convert into jobs
- Managing the bookings and diaries for the engineers through the management system
- Invoicing Clients and taking electronic payments
- Keeping on top of job status and providing the Team Leader with regular updates
- Developing list of contacts to target for new work
- Working as a team to reach team targets
- Provide cover for other team members areas when on holiday
- General office administration duties including maintaining electronic filing systems
- Send out service review requests and gather feedback
- Additional ad hoc projects support the operations team
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
- Good standard of education
- Degree desirable but not essential
- Proficient in the use of IT systems (essential)
- Must have a good understanding of UK locations and cardinal directions (essential)
KEY ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Positive, can do attitude
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work effectively
- Excellent work ethic
SYSTEMS CAPABILITY:
- All aspects of Microsoft Office, especially proficient in Word and Excel
- GoReport (training will be provided)
- Quickbooks Accounts package (training will be provided)
WORKING HOURS:
This position will be full time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm
Hybrid Working available.
Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
