Customer Service Coordinator / Administrator

Sci-Tech Daresbury


DESCRIPTION:


DUTIES:


  • Arranging site visits for the engineers
  • Managing all the quotes being sent out and following up to convert into jobs
  • Managing the bookings and diaries for the engineers through the management system
  • Invoicing Clients and taking electronic payments
  • Keeping on top of job status and providing the Team Leader with regular updates
  • Developing list of contacts to target for new work
  • Working as a team to reach team targets
  • Provide cover for other team members areas when on holiday
  • General office administration duties including maintaining electronic filing systems
  • Send out service review requests and gather feedback
  • Additional ad hoc projects support the operations team

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:


  • Good standard of education
  • Degree desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems (essential)
  • Must have a good understanding of UK locations and cardinal directions (essential)

KEY ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS:


  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work effectively
  • Excellent work ethic

SYSTEMS CAPABILITY:


  • All aspects of Microsoft Office, especially proficient in Word and Excel
  • GoReport (training will be provided)
  • Quickbooks Accounts package (training will be provided)

WORKING HOURS:

This position will be full time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm

Hybrid Working available.


Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
