Group Credit Controller - Job Requirements
- Checking customer's credit and approving or denying it, based on company standards
- Ensuring customers pay on time
- Maintaining accurate records, receipts and correspondence
- Persistent Approach
- Ability to build good relationships with customers
- Resolving queries proactively
- The ability to listen and negotiate with customers, set payment plans when required
- Follow debt recovery plan if clients do not pay their debts on time
- Implementing improvements in the company's credit control system
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work well in a team
Credit Controller experience requirements
- Experience of setting up an efficient credit control environment would also be an advantage.
