Blueprint Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a passionate BIM Coordinator on a 6-month contract basis located in London but with ability to work fully remotely.

Our client is a specialist in delivering sustainable Design, Engineering, and ConsultancySolutions and are recruiting a BIM Coordinator to join their dynamic Design and Engineering team.

As the successful BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Federated Level 1 Asset Model delivery, and associated Clash Reports.
  • Ensuring BIM information meets the client's requirements/specifications and is suitably coordinated across disciplines/elements of the project.
  • Assisting in the resolution of complex technical modelling and drafting issues.
  • Providing modelling guidance to other members of the BIM team.
  • Coordinating the production of complex BIM deliverables.
  • Controlling, monitoring the BIM process with the necessary tools.
  • Working with the project team, client and consultants to review all BIM models for the project and make any necessary amendments.

Personal requirements:

  • Extensive experience using Navisworks and significant experience of producing Clash Reports and working within ProjectWise.
  • Significant experience of AutoCAD, Civils 3D, Revit, and other Autodesk packages and knowledge of Asset Data Management and Model Data Checking.
  • Extensive 3D CAD/BIM modelling experience, particularly in the design of major civil engineering, infrastructure or rail projects.
  • Demonstrable experience working as a BIM coordinator
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
