Superb role offering exposure to a fast-paced, interesting and varied caseload of quality dispute resolution matters, working on behalf of both individuals and business clients.

Our client, a driven and successful Legal 500 law firm with ambitious plansin the pipeline and who continue to grow steadily, are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team working on a broad range of civil and commercial dispute resolution.

You will undertake a mixed workload of civil and commercialdispute resolution, including advising on areas such as:

Property
Consumer and agriculture disputes
Debt recovery
Injunctions
Professional negligence
Leasehold extensions
Insolvency
Nuisance
Defamation
Contentious probate

You will be actively encouraged to participate in innovative marketing and business development activities, developing and maintaining networks for securing new clients for yourself and the team.

Applications are welcome from 5+ PQE commercially astute solicitors who have exceptional negotiation and communication skills supported by excellent technical knowledge with a proven track record of success.
