Description
To assist and support all members of the recovery/theatre staff and multi-disciplinary team, in providing safe, effective and efficient care to all paediatric patients during their time in theatres and recovery.
To act as a positive role model at all times.To participate in performance management and appraisals.
To follow Trust policy in the event of critical incidents and complaints.
To read, keep up-to-date with and adhere to BCH CSW code of conduct and Trust guidelines policies and procedures.
Be aware of limitations of job role and work within these parameters at all times
