A distinguished boutique firm specialising in investment, security, and wealth management services is looking to hire a Compliance Officer in London.

As they continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join the team in London.

Salary range for a Compliance Officer £70,000 - £90,000

Responsibilities:

Design and implementation of all Compliance and AML framework documentation.

Drafting all policy and procedure manuals for a UK firm including Consumer Duty, SMCR, AML & KYC

Implementation of a compliance monitoring programme

Stay abreast of UK financial regulations and ensure the firm's activities comply with local, national, and international laws.

Develop and maintain policies and procedures to address regulatory requirements specific to the UK market.

Provide training sessions to employees on UK-specific compliance-related matters.

Foster a culture of compliance awareness within the organisation, emphasising the nuances of the UK regulatory landscape.

To be considered:
Proven experience with the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR) and AML.

Strong knowledge of wealth management industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent understanding of financial products, services, and risk management.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
