Our client is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Dumper Driver Labourer to join their team.

As a key member of their construction crew, you will be responsible for carrying out general labour tasks in conjunction with operating a dumper on their civil engineering and groundworks projects.

Responsibilities/Requirements/Skills

Operate a dumper safely and efficiently on construction sites
Assist with general labour tasks as required, including but not limited to digging, lifting, and site cleaning
Always adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Maintain the dumper in good working condition and report any issues to the site manager
Basic knowledge and experience of working in a busy construction site environment
Understanding of health and safety practices and regulations
Valid CSCS card
Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket
Ability to drive to site locations as needed
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
