ROLE DETAILS:

We are working with a busy dealership based near
Penge. They are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and professional
Service Advisor to join their team.

You will be working alongside the existing incredible employees and continuing to build on their existing success.

The Role

Create a welcoming environment for customers and building a rapport with the customers
Review upcoming appointments and ensure they are properly prepared and documented in our system
Effectively liaise between the workshop and dealership
Verifying if the cars brought to the dealership have insurance coverage
Resolving possible customer complaints after repair services are offered
Main dealership experience (preferred)
Experience using Kerridge, CDK systems
Strong written and communication skills
Confident approach to any given situation
Full UK Driving License

Package
A basic salary between £25,000 - £28,000 with an
excellent bonus structure (£30,000 + OTE)

Hours
Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
Saturdays on a rotational basis
