Job vacancy:
Associate Consultant (Recruitment or Sales Experience required)

Salary Range:
£23-25k

Location:
Stevenage,Hertfordshire

Commission:
up to 12.5% flat (No Threshold) plus bonuses.

Company Info:

Our client is a healthcare recruitment company based in the town centre of Stevenage, walking distance from a train station.

They currently supply nurses and healthcare assistants to the NHS and private sectors.

Since the company started in 2014 it has gone from strength to strength and presently with 18 members of staff, they are looking to further expand.

Job responsibilities of a recruiter

Sourcing professionals in the healthcare industry for placements around the UK from a variety of platforms such as Linkedin, social media forums, internal database, headhunting, referrals etc.
Successfully drive sales and margin growth, working closely with the Team Leader to achieve team targets.
Excellent communication skills
