Who are we?

Snappy Shopper is a home delivery service who are making it super easy to get your groceries delivered to your door in as little as 30 minutes from your local convenience store.

Snappy exists to enable local high street businesses to serve their customers online so that local communities thrive, and revenue stays local.

Retailers have seen revenue uplifts of between £5k and £120k per month, making the platform mission-critical to local businesses.

Your role
:
This is a 9 month fixed - term contract. Fully remote.

Our world-class customer service team provide high-quality customer service & technical support to our end customers and retailers.

You will provide outstanding customer service to our customers via several different channels including phone, mail, social media, and our in-house communication platform.

You will make sure all queries assigned to you are resolved quickly and efficiently, however, your team are always on hand to help


Once a new client (retailer) has come on board, the customer service team are there to provide training on how to use the platform, is the first point of call for any technical queries i.e., hardware or software-related issues and make any back-end changes for the clients.

This means you also get to work with the wider team at Snappy, which consists of tech, marketing, coaching and business development.


In essence and in short, we are here to ensure our retailers and customers have the most convenient and smooth journey when reaching us for support.

We'll be there to go above and beyond to provide the best level of service possible.


NOTE:
This position would require that the individual works weekdays, including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis (generally 1 in 4 weeks) We will require occasional travel to our office in Dundee

Some of what you will be doing

Providing high-quality customer service to our end-customers by identifying their needs and following through with each issue until complete resolution

Providing high-quality technical support to retailers by assisting them with any hardware or software-related queries and issues


Salary:
£18,000 - £22,000 per annum
