Role Description

  • Job Purpose
  • To provide a professional centralised administration service to Sales, Marketing and Buying.
  • Principal Responsibilities
  • Administer rebate process for all customers from input to payment which includes creation of ORD's, 'S' Spend Fixed, 'S' Spend Customer Accruals, Sales Promotions ensuring appropriate authorisation has been obtained.
  • Ensure accurate and timely validation of all customer invoices.
  • Responsible for entering price changes and new line forms ensuring appropriate authorisation has been obtained.
  • Liaise with Sales team to resolve queries.
  • Hold biweekly meetings with Sales to review rebate balances.
  • Quarterly review to identify rebate releases.
  • Ensure scanning is completed to meet internal and external audit requirements.
  • Maintenance and reporting of deductions accounts.
  • Processing of staff sales.
  • Internal control compliance.
  • Maintain a positive business relationship with all internal and external customers.
  • Provide holiday cover when required for other members of the team.

Role Requirements

  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • SAP knowledge an advantage or experience of fully integrated systems e.g.
JD Edwards or Oracle.

  • Knowledge of Food & Drinks Sector preferred but experience of any industry with sale of goods to Convenience, Foodservice and Industrial sectors.
  • Previous experience in an Administration function.
  • Educated to GSCE A to C level
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Excel
  • Highly numerate and literate.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team Player.
  • Adaptable to change.
