Contract:
Permanent, full time - Monday to Friday, flexible hours considered between 35 and 40 hours per week


Kier Places are recruiting now for
Schedulers to join our Housing Maintenance team, where your role will be key to supporting the delivery of planned maintenance & repair solutions for our prestigious clients.

You will be providing support to your colleagues on our contracts, the subcontractors & operatives, the client, and the residents of the houses managed by our clients.


Key Responsibilities


As a Scheduler with Kier Housing Maintenance, the main aim of your role is the scheduling of Kier Engineers and Subcontractors and allocating work orders to ensure we complete our work within service level agreements.

You will ensure everyone attending site has the correct clearance levels, that health and safety documentation has been received and that any site escorts required have been arranged.


Just as importantly, we will also look to you to conduct daily reviews of the work orders and to ensure any awaiting or returned/rejected parts are assigned to the correct source.

You will monitor the Resource Allocation teams inbox to ensure all items are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst provide a profession and effective service delivery experience to both internal and external customers.


What do we need from you?


The ideal Scehduler will be competent in using the Microsoft Office suite, and it would be highly advantageous if you've had experience using CAFM / IWMS / workplace / work order management systems such as our in-house system Concept Evolution / FSI Go.

You should also have some knowledge of & experience in similar industries to housing maintenance, construction, or property services; and have an office administration background.
