Driving Force Recruitment Ltd are operating as an Employment Business and are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Dunstable to work in one of our busy retail clients.

START ASAP

Role Purpose:

A varied role, the Retail Assistant will ensure they deliver excellent customer service at all times and at all customer touch points.

They will move and replenish stock around the branch as required to ensure stock is accessible and available.

The Retail Assistant role will adopt stock control processes including participation in stock counting as required by the cycle count calendar.

They will also serve and assist customers.

Required competencies:

Approachable with excellent customer service skills
Ability to count stock accurately and efficiently
Ability to work with agility, selfmotivation and discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Appropriate levels of physicality as some heavy lifting will be involved

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience using Hand Held Terminals (HHTs)
Experience in a customer facing role
Cash and carry

Working hours:

35h with a pattern of Wednesday 8.00am to 5.30pm,Thursday 8.00am to 8.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm Sundays 8.00am to 2.00pm

26h with a pattern of Thursday 8.00am to 8.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm and Sundays 8.00am to 2.00pm
