Setsquare is actively hiring for a Site Administrator for a long term, temp to perm role based in Norwich.

Job Details:


  • Working closely with and reporting to the Contracts Manager (CM)
  • First point of contact for all clients (end users and funding authorities) throughout the duration of the project.
  • Scheduling and sequencing of projects to the appropriate staff members.
  • Assisting the CM as required with purchase ordering, deliveries and stock control
  • Ensuring that project paperwork is complete, up to date and correct at all times.
  • Completion & returning of contract documents (where applicable) to the funding authority/client, such as minor works agreements, health and safety documents & KPI forms.
  • Checking Asbestos reports and translating the information to our operatives or arranging the necessary removals prior to works commencing.

Minimum Requirement:


  • Prior Construction experience is mandatory.
  • Should have at least 12 years of handson experience working as an Administrator or Document Controller.
