Job Details:
- Working closely with and reporting to the Contracts Manager (CM)
- First point of contact for all clients (end users and funding authorities) throughout the duration of the project.
- Scheduling and sequencing of projects to the appropriate staff members.
- Assisting the CM as required with purchase ordering, deliveries and stock control
- Ensuring that project paperwork is complete, up to date and correct at all times.
- Completion & returning of contract documents (where applicable) to the funding authority/client, such as minor works agreements, health and safety documents & KPI forms.
- Checking Asbestos reports and translating the information to our operatives or arranging the necessary removals prior to works commencing.
Minimum Requirement:
- Prior Construction experience is mandatory.
- Should have at least 12 years of handson experience working as an Administrator or Document Controller.
