Edenvale Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Support Workers to provide excellent care and support to our service users in
Bidford-on-Avon.


We are looking for individuals who can work with our client's team on an on-going basis and have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts including earlies and lates including weekends.


As a
Support Worker, you will be developing warm and trusting relationships with service users to encourage them to express needs, views and concerns where required to.

You will be interacting with residents daily and most importantly ensuring you can provide personal care in a sensitive and dignified way.

As a Support Worker your role could include personal care, administering medication and cleaning duties.

We are looking for people with:

  • Experience of providing care and support to adults with support needs.
  • A genuine desire to help vulnerable groups of adults
  • Ability to promote service user's selfesteem and enable them to make choices and decisions.
  • Be punctual and have an enthusiastic attitude
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Satisfactory employment references are essential for this role

Experience in Healthcare in the UK is essential, and we are keen to get new staff members registered as soon as possible so if you have a valid in-date DBS you could be fast tracked through our recruitment process.
