Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute events.
- Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and equipment rentals.
- Ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Work with vendors to ensure that all necessary supplies are available for the event.
- Provide customer service to guests and vendors.
- Ensure that all event details are communicated to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare event materials, including agendas, signage, name badges, and promotional items.
- Communicate with clients and event attendees to provide event details, answer inquiries, and handle any special requests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering highquality event experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A passion for the events industry and a desire to contribute to memorable experiences.
Salary:
£21,000.00 per year
