Achievement Training and Skills (ATS) is a well-respected and established hair, barbering and beauty therapy training provider.

ATS specialise in traineeships and apprenticeships for the hair and beauty sector and have a network of employees, centres, and employers across England.

We are opening a new hairdressing/barbering training centre and are looking for an educator/assessor.

The job role will include;

Interviewing potential learners
Delivering a Level 1 qualification within a traineeship
Placing trainees with employers for work experience
Liaise with employers
Progress trainees onto an apprenticeship
Delivering apprenticeships
Liaise with employers

and apprentices

Managing the administration of both traineeships and apprenticeships using ATS bespoke software
Liaise with ATS head office to maximise delivery and standards

This is a full-time position

NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Hairdressing and Barbering or relevant industry experience
A regulated assessor qualification
Desired to have a teaching qualification
Must have 5 years' experience working in the hair industry
Must have 3 years' experience teaching hairdressing/barbering qualifications

Job Types:
Full-time, permanent role, four days delivery and one day admin duties.

Salary:
Up to £40,000.00 per year including commission/bonus
