Description
Pitchero, the UK's leading digital grassroots sports platform, seeks a multi-talented Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition.

In this new management role, you will establish a new sales team and oversee all sales functions, selling:

  • SaaS software
  • Pitchero award-winning digital software for sports clubs
  • Consumer electronics a FIFA and World Rugby Approved GPS Tracker for clubs, schools, academies and Universities.
You will be based in Leeds, working from our Tingley or City Centre office. Hybrid working and a competitive salary are offered as standard.

In this role, you will work alongside the leadership team to;

  • Define the company revenue growth plan
  • Coordinate and execute revenue growth campaigns
  • Continuously optimise revenue funnel


You will have complete autonomy to manage your team and team budget to support your growth plan, supported by a first-class marketing team.


Requirements:


The role

  • Pitchero supplies digital software and consumer electronics to thousands of sports clubs across the UK and Ireland, including; website and mobile apps, membership and online payments, team and competitions management software and GPS trackers.
  • We have identified a list of new prospects.
  • Your role is to lead a team that can contact prospective customers and convert them into longterm loyal customers.
Subject to your revenue growth plan, you may consider working across the following acquisition channels;

  • Social media; Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Messenger
  • Facetoface meetings, conferences and workshops
  • No channel is off limits


To be successful, you must work seamlessly with our CRM engine (HubSpot), building data infrastructure for all prospecting, sales management, onboarding and customer support.

  • Software sales experience (preferably software as a service)
