Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

Our client a well-respected Estate Agency, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their successful, thriving team.


Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (alt Saturdays plus 1 half day in lieu return)


The successful Sales Manager will be offered:

  • Basic salary of up to £27,500
  • OTE £35,000 £37,500

To be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have:

  • Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends
  • Estate agency experience
  • Experience in management
  • UK driving license and access to own car
  • Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • High organisational skills
  • Targetdriven

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve:

  • Grow and maintain the company's local market share
  • Manage KPI Performance
  • Conduct morning meetings
  • Manage staff performance and motivation
  • Maximise revenues and branch profit
  • Build strong working relationships with clients
