Job Title: Regional Operations Director (Central)

Hendy Group is seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to take a pivotal role in shaping the success of a market-leading multi-franchise automotive business. As Regional Operations Director (Central), you will drive the strategic and operational direction of the business.

You will oversee the operational, financial and strategic performance of multiple dealerships within a defined region ensuring business growth, profitability, and an unrivalled customer experience.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives and maintain our position as a market leader.
Operational Oversight: Ensure optimal performance across sales, service and parts, driving efficiency and innovation.
Financial Accountability: Manage the overall operational P&L, setting and delivering budgets, performance targets, and growth plans.
Brand Partnerships: Own, lead, develop and maintain strong relationships with our brand partners, ensuring alignment with manufacturer standards and expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this high-impact role ideally you will need:

Proven experience in an executive-level operations role within the automotive retail or related sector.
A strong track record of delivering commercial success and operational excellence across a multi-site, multi-brand environment.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a history of building and developing high-performing teams.
A deep understanding of the automotive industry, including retail, aftersales and brand standards.
