We have a well-established global Marketing & BD team, which supports the firm on a wide range of business development, marketing and client relationship management activit

ies.

The team is divided into a number of key areas:

Clients & Markets, covering Industry M&BD and Client Development; Pitches (where this role sits); Practice M&BD; Campaigns & Projects; and Corporate Communications, which comprises PR, Brand, Design, Events, InterAction and Digital.

Role Overview


We are seeking a Pitches & Pursuits Coordinator to assist the Global Pitches & Pursuit Team (GPPT) with effective pitch development and delivery in a global, fast-paced/results-oriented environment.

The Pitches & Pursuits Coordinator will work under the supervision of Pitches and Pursuits Manager(s).


Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities- Collaborate with the practice area and industry Marketing and Business Development teams to develop responses to client proposals and pitches, to support the firm's business development requirements.- Work as an integral member of the Global Pitches & Pursuits Team in the production of complex global pitches, and where applicable supporting the Pitches and Pursuits Manager(s) and the Pitches and Pursuits Senior Manager(s).- Leverage Hogan Lovells' pitch best practices to ensure pitch materials are consistently client-focused, compliant, and easy to evaluate.- Research and review relevant market, industry, competitive, and business information for the preparation of successful pitches.- Work with extended Marketing & BD teams to identify compelling new ways to improve final pitch product and existing pitch processes.- Assist in maintaining and updating standard pitch content in the pitch database.- Help to identify inefficiencies in the pitch process and develop plan(s) to address.- Continuously look for new areas of growth and help develop a strategy for further pursuits.- Keep abreast of relevant market and competitive intelligence.- Duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services.
