Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a knack for identifying and nurturing leads? We are seeking a talented Lead Gen Specialist for our client based in the city centre of Manchester.

Our client provides leading software for business' around the UK and globally.

Responsibilities:

Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they meet the requirements for the software solutions.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, tracking interactions and progress in CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Lead Gen position, preferably in the software industry (not essential).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to engage prospects.
Selfmotivated and target driven, with a proactive approach to Lead Generation.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.

Generous base salary between £22k - £25k + OTE £60K (uncapped) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off

This is a full-time permanent role Mon - Fri shifts vary between the hours of 08:00 & 20:00 (40 hour week) and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
