The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to support the Sales team by maximizing customer contact and response times to contribute to the team's success

The key responsibilities are:

Support the Key Account Managers to manage pipelines, research new customers and book sales appointments.
Responding timely to all quotation requests, proactively following up on all quotes and transfer them to orders.
Dealing with all phone calls and ensuring matters are dealt with efficiently
Work with Key Account Managers and analyse data to enable them to maximise opportunities

What you will bring to the role

Proven experience in a busy administration / coordination role, ideally in a sales environment
Highly organised with excellent administration skills and able to multitask
Customer focussed; an excellent communicator, verbally and written
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and able to adapt, prioritise and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
