The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to support the Sales team by maximizing customer contact and response times to contribute to the team's success


The key responsibilities are:

  • Support the Key Account Managers to manage pipelines, research new customers and book sales appointments.
  • Responding timely to all quotation requests, proactively following up on all quotes and transfer them to orders.
  • Dealing with all phone calls and ensuring matters are dealt with efficiently
  • Work with Key Account Managers and analyse data to enable them to maximise opportunities

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven experience in a busy administration / coordination role, ideally in a sales environment
  • Highly organised with excellent administration skills and able to multitask
  • Customer focussed; an excellent communicator, verbally and written
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and able to adapt, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable but not essential.

£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
