Customer Service Advisor
Chesterfield
Salary:
£21,500 to £22,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Logging all inbound calls on their internal bespoke system
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive client experience.
- Utilising client maintenance portals as and when required.
- Escalating calls to the appropriate teams where required, e.g. 3rd Line IT support.
- Providing a consistent experience for every caller.
- Liaising with various internal departments in relation to resolving issues for the client.
Requirements:
- Confident working on own or part of a team
- Experienced working in a call centre environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Confident on the telephone.
- Willingness to enhance your skills and knowledge through training/selfdevelopment.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
As their customer service advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
