The Role:

As Property Services Coordinator, you will support Oxfam by operating as part of the Property Services Team to facilitate maintenance of Oxfam retail properties.

What we are looking for:

The ability to organise work effectively
Ability to self manage a busy workload, including administration, communications, managing others
Ability to communicate clear instructions and objectives clearly
Ability to manage and coach effectively
Ability to maintain a calm approach to deal with volume, complexity and a variety of work, often under pressure.
Tenacity
Very good numerical skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong team working skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office
