As a Hotel Team Leader you will:

• Have the ability to multi-task while under pressure and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role.
• Ensure the high standard of services provided for guests and the attainment in all areas of the hotel for both qualitative and quantitative targets, whilst conveying the hotel's image and atmosphere though your exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field.
• Have the ability to lead and motivate the team in order to improve sales and the quality of services whilst ensuring optimum efficiency and reactivity to peak guest service periods.
• This is a multiskilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands.

Work Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel front office or food and beverage environment is preferred.
• You must be available to work shifts starting from 6.30am and finishing as late as 11.30pm. Occasional overnight work may be requested.
• You must be available to work weekends and bank holidays.
• You must have full working rights for the UK.
