Currently recruiting for a Project Architect for a well-established and award winning, Chartered practice based in Swansea. This Practice are passionate about creating detailed designs that improve the built environment.

The Part 3 Architect will be workingon a range of projects from Education, Residential, Retail and Leisure, with project values that can be £50 million +.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to join a reputable Chartered practice with a good reputation for producing high quality, detailed designs.

Project ArchitectPosition Overview

Extensive design experience working directly with the end user or occupier
Working on a variety of projects regeneration, design, developer, private, rooftop
Confidence managing both clients and projects
Run projects
Use Revit to create highquality designs

Project ArchitectPosition Requirements

ARB Qualified Architect
2+ years post part 3 qualification experience
Knowledge of Revit
Live in or around Swansea
Ability to deliver all aspects of a project, both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing practice and project needs
Ability to multitask
Highly motivated and can manage own workload
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Outstanding attention to details and design
Work within budget
