Maintenance Plumber

£14.70 per hour + £15 a day supplement pay at the companies discretion.

Birmingham based, static role.

Monday-Friday| 8:00am

4:30pm

The company

A company who are experiencing persistent growth are seeking to add a Maintenance Plumber into their permanent team at a long term contract within their portfolio.

This individual will be joining a team of experienced individuals to assist in the maintenancework within the site.

The role

Conduct installations, repairs and maintenance of fixtures on site including air, water, gas and sewer fittings and fixtures.
Do the above job role whilst abiding to the correct codes.
Be able to respond effectively to emergency situations.
Be experienced in water suppression, sanitation systems and heating and ventilation.
Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance to all plumbing, heating and ventilation, hot and cold water mechanical systems.

What you'll need

Experienced in a commercial setting predominantly.
Be willing to carry out an Enhanced DBS.

What you'll get

A competitive salary: £14.70 per hour. A supplementary payment on top of £15 per day. Based in a prison environment.
