Having recently brought our payroll processing fully inhouse, it is an exciting time to join Alliance Homes as a Payroll & Reward Advisor You will work within an incredibly supportive and motivated HR / L&OD team.

Whilst carrying out the HR and payroll processes for approx. 350 colleagues, you will be key in embedding this new way of working and the new HR system, Cascade.

You will be the go-to person to provide advice to the business on HMRC/ Pension guidelines and ensure that payroll and pensions are processed in line with the legislations.

You will also take the lead in the design and development of Alliances' reward and recognition programme.

This includes working closely with our external partners, ensuring the services we are commissioning are value for money and we are using the best external practices to design reward approaches.

About you


You need to have proven experience of leading the monthly / yearly inhouse payroll processes within a HR setting, and experience of completing the HR processes surrounding a colleague's lifecycle i.e.

change of contract, promotion, leaver.

We need you to be able to provide advice on legislation, taxation and regulations that effect payroll and reward.


We would love to meet someone with amazing customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to make evidence-based judgements.
