Angard Staffing, established by REED in 2011, is the dedicated recruitment partner for Royal Mail and is part of the Royal Mail Group.

We supply flexible staffing solutions to meet Royal Mail's demands throughout the year, offering workers a mix of assignments across the whole of the UK which can be chosen to fit around other commitments.


The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be the key figurehead between Reed and the Royal Mail to deliver high volume recruitment at up to 20 locations across the Southern region.

This is a remote-based role, however we anticipate that you will spend 3-4 days per week on the road travelling to and working from your key sites.

You will also be required in our head office in Northampton 1-2 times per month for key meetings.

  • Salary: £35,000 £40,000 + £9000 bonus
  • Car Allowance: £5,000 (+ claimable mileage expenses)

Key Accountabilities:


  • Working closely with our recruitment, deployment, and payroll teams in our shared service centre to ensure a high level of service is delivered and fulfilment is at the required levels across all sites
  • Plan and agree robust onboarding strategies with sites in line with forecasted requirements
  • Review MI reports and data with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the account
  • Identify recruitment challenges and support campaigns in hotspot areas
  • Protecting and growing Angard supplier share where possible
  • Generating additional leads for REED Industrial
