Part time - Thurs to Sat & Full time - Monday to Saturday

Shift times:
Mon to Wed to 0030 & Thu to Sat to 0130

Salary:
£13.66 PAYE

As a Security Officer with us, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for unparalleled service and safety.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the premises remain secure and free from any potential threats.
Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, reflecting the impeccable service standards of our 5star establishment.
Conduct thorough security checks and inspections to prevent unauthorised access and maintain a high level of vigilance.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and diplomacy, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Collaborate closely with hotel staff and management to address securityrelated matters and maintain clear communication channels.
Respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and securityrelated activities.
Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems and access control systems proficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience in security services, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact.
A keen sense of responsibility and integrity.
Valid SIA license is required (DS Badge)
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
