What You'll Do

As a Consulting Support Intern you will:

  • Provide assistance with coordinating key workshops to train all UK consultants on updated protocols and rules
  • Plan events and Hybrid meetings to ensure they run efficiently on the day
  • Monitoring and liaising with consultants to ensure time entry completion for revenue recognition, inline with Oracle policy
  • Work closely with members of the consulting team to offer different ideas
  • Be an active member of the team with the ability to draft documents and take part in a variety of work
  • Run contractor reports and liaise with outside agencies
  • Participate In Resourcing calls to ensure Apps Consultants diaries are maintained
  • Support Apps Managers to assign consultants to Project codes using specific internal system
  • Participate in Training days
  • Participate in a wide range of opportunities including; volunteering, training programs, wellbeing initiatives and much more

Work alongside oracle comms team with the following:

  • Creating Oracle Consulting Wins and Go-Lives slack posts + creating imagery that helps illustrate the story
  • Creating links to forms for consultants/ sales reps to fill out after OC wins/golives
  • Welcome posts for new starters at OC
  • End to end process of Education Session, Planning, Organising and Executing

  • Undergraduate students completing a university placement programme
  • Upbeat, eloquent and motivated students on course for a 2:1 degree or higher with the right demeanour and ability to succeed in a fastpaced business
