Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week 08:00-16:30 / 09:00-17:30


Salary:
£20,000 - £30,000

To be suitable for this role you MUST have previous administration / customer service or sales experience and be a confident communicator both verbally and in writing.


Duties:


  • First point of contact to all customers and clients via telephone and face to face
  • Reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors
  • Processing customer returns
  • Sales order processing
  • Producing customer quotations
  • Purchasing materials for the business
  • Liaising with suppliers to guarantee the best price for materials
  • Filing and photocopying
  • Checking paperwork for content and accuracy for overseas shipping
  • Use of MRP system
  • Accurately inputting data onto the system
  • General office support

Knowledge, skills, and experience required:


  • Intermediate level Excel skills
  • Previous experience of administration and sales support
  • Knowledge / experience of purchasing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be happy to undertake and assist with sales duties
