Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week 08:00-16:30 / 09:00-17:30
Salary:
£20,000 - £30,000

To be suitable for this role you MUST have previous administration / customer service or sales experience and be a confident communicator both verbally and in writing.
Duties:
- First point of contact to all customers and clients via telephone and face to face
- Reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors
- Processing customer returns
- Sales order processing
- Producing customer quotations
- Purchasing materials for the business
- Liaising with suppliers to guarantee the best price for materials
- Filing and photocopying
- Checking paperwork for content and accuracy for overseas shipping
- Use of MRP system
- Accurately inputting data onto the system
- General office support
Knowledge, skills, and experience required:
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Previous experience of administration and sales support
- Knowledge / experience of purchasing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be happy to undertake and assist with sales duties
