Successful planning is critical to delivering maximum efficiency while meeting the needs of our customers.

The team's key function is to provide resource planning of circa 170 staff within Customer Services, Internal Sales & selected Value-Added Services.

Building accurate and robust resource and workload plans. Proactively providing value-add insight to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.


What you will do:


  • Forecast customer demand using historical data.
  • Schedule resource to meet customer service levels whilst also planning departmental shrinkage activities.
  • Monitor and highlight risks to stakeholders.
  • Proactively deliver a balance of analysis to influence change and drive operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure business assumptions are included in plans and accurate data is collected, updated, revised and built into resource forecasts for the area.
  • Analyse operational data to constantly improve agreed levels of accuracy.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders and other support functions to achieve KPI's.
  • Hold weekly reviews with Real Time Managers to identify opportunities or risks to the resource plan.
