Customer Service - Complaints


Salary:
£22,300 PLUS overtime and attendance bonus

Location:
Middlesbrough

Monday - Saturday 40 hours between 8am - 6pm (roughly 1 Saturday in 4)
Permanent

Do you have experience working in an FCA regulated environment? Are you passionate about helping customers in a time of difficulty? Then this is the role for you

We are looking for passionate and driven Customer Service focused individuals to join a reputable and well known business on their Complaints team.

This role will involve everything from the logging of a complaint, investigating, through to making a decisionand delivering the right outcome for customers.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customers who have made a complaint to the bank
  • Having difficult conversations with customers
  • Investigating issues and problem solving
  • Liaising with various departments and back office work
  • Adhering to legislation and industry regulations
  • Being empathetic and understanding to all customers
What experience do you need?

  • Experience working within a Financial services business
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience dealing with vulnerable customers
  • Working to KPI's within a regulated environment
