Customer Service - ComplaintsSalary:
£22,300 PLUS overtime and attendance bonus
Location:
Middlesbrough
Monday - Saturday 40 hours between 8am - 6pm (roughly 1 Saturday in 4)

We are looking for passionate and driven Customer Service focused individuals to join a reputable and well known business on their Complaints team.
This role will involve everything from the logging of a complaint, investigating, through to making a decisionand delivering the right outcome for customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customers who have made a complaint to the bank
- Having difficult conversations with customers
- Investigating issues and problem solving
- Liaising with various departments and back office work
- Adhering to legislation and industry regulations
- Being empathetic and understanding to all customers
- Experience working within a Financial services business
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience dealing with vulnerable customers
- Working to KPI's within a regulated environment
