Here at Gravel Master we are proud to be a leading company within our field. We're looking for a driven Service representative to help develop and deliver products to our customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer complaints or concerns on the phone
  • Handling returns, price changes and discounts,
  • Covering Live Chat
  • Maintaining an indepth understanding of the company's products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers.
  • Issuing reports into management
  • As and when required undertake work for your line manager and other key departments when required.
  • Build and Maintain relationships with your own Key Accounts

Qualifications and Desirable Skills

  • Proven experience within Service roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self motivated and goal orientated
  • Ability to use MS Office
  • Most importantly a Kind, Happy, Energetic Individual willing to take on a challenge

Salary:
From £22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doncaster, DN9 3GA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer: 2 years (preferred)
