Description
We are seeking an organised and detail orientated part time bookkeeper to join our team.As a bookkeeper, you will responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting for our organisation.
- Process in invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
- Support with the preparation of yearend financial statements and liase with external accountant
- Maintain an organised filing system for all financial documents
- Collaborate with team and board members and provide financial information as required
- Assist with the implementation, and review of policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Perform ad hoc related tasks as required
Qualifications:
- AAT qualification or bookkeeping certification
- Proven experience in a bookkeeping role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to details and organisational skills
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 4-8 per week
Salary:
£12.00 per hour
