NETAD are looking to strengthen their team with a trainee Recruitment Consultant / Traffic Planner
Based at Newton Aycliffe - The job will involve learning how to run a busy agency desk along with helping on our own vehicles.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic trainee to join us on the Driving Agency and Haulage divisions.
Whilst some knowledge of commercial transport would be preferred - our main requirement initially, is the ability to retain information and multi-task.
Main responsibilities:
- Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
- Entering job applicants' CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference
- Cold calling companies to promote recruitment services
- Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities
- Providing out of hours 'on call' service on a rota
- Achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month
- Planning vehicle maintenance and dealing with day to day planning.
