We have a new and exciting opportunity for someone to join the Surrey Heartlands Maternity & Neonatal System (LMNS) team.

The post holder will work closely with the LMNS Workforce Lead, Regional Education and Workforce Leads and Health Education England to provide leadership and overall project management and co-ordination of all activities within the Education work stream and be responsible for scoping, planning and delivery of agreed projects within time, cost and quality constraints.

The role will also assist the Surrey Heartlands LMNS Programme Manager in defining the programmes and developing detailed plans to deliver against these agreed high level objectives.

The post holder will work at system level across Surrey Heartlands LMNS and will be responsible for developing a Maternity, Neonatal and Obstetric Education Academy in line with the Maternity Core Competency Framework to progress a system-wide approach to leadership, clinical skills, research and education.
