Maintenance Engineer - The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician with skills in various trades within the commercial industry to join our company
You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across various commercial sites in London and the M25.
Facilities Maintenance Technician - Key Responsibilities:
You will be given a number of jobs to do during the day including tasks involving:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Grounds Works
- Any other Building maintenance required
Your normal working hours will be from 8am to 5pm however, some days you will be required to start earlier and finish later, you must be prepared to work some weekend and evenings.
Facilities Maintenance Technician - What we need from you:
- 2 years of experience in the industry
- Quality of work must be to an extremely high standard
- Good knowledge of H&S
- Very good level of English
- Full driving licence for at least 5 years
It would be great if you had experience in the following: Mobile Fabric Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Multi-Trade Operative, Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Garage Equipment technician, Field Service Technician, Service Technician,Garage Engineering Technician, Field Maintenance Engineer, Field Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Technician, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Technician, Repair Engineer, Repair Technician, Commercial Engineer
