JOB ROLE

To ensure the integrity of our products, customers and brands is always maintained, as suitable to the role and defined in relevant procedures
Organise all daily transport requirements with the dedicated partner as outline by the Group Logistics Manager
Liaise with transport provider if there are any break downs with their trailers
Raise transport Purchase Orders in line with the agreed price card as per issued by the Group Logistics Manager
Complete all required documentation for all outbound and inbound incoming shipments as required. This may involve uploading to hauler portal
Picking, scanning, and loading of orders as required
Completion of stock takes as required
Operating vehicles as required. Training will be available as required and all operators must have a in date approved licence before operating any vehicle.

REQUIREMENTS

5 GCSE's Grade A-C or equivalent, combined with previous experience in a similar role
Outgoing and selfconfident with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of IT systems
Invoicing experience will be an advantage
Able to work effectively in a team and on own initiative
Ability to develop effective and close working relationships with other departments
Flexible approach to working hours
