• Conduct thorough research to identify reputable screen manufacturers in China who align with our quality standards and business requirements.
• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with selected screen manufacturers, ensuring a reliable and mutually beneficial partnership.
• Collaborate closely with product designers and manufacturers to facilitate effective communication and streamline the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement robust testing protocols for imported devices, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards.
• Place orders to manufacturers and oversee the endtoend procurement process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Possess a solid understanding of weight, dimensions, and other shipment details to optimize shipping processes and ensure smooth importation into the UK.
• Take control of all importation procedures, including compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and relevant certifications.
• Manage storage and inventory levels efficiently, optimizing stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Maintain regular communication with our operations teams to coordinate storage processes and address any concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with logistics partners, customs agents, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth importation processes and timely delivery.

• Proven track record of successfully researching and selecting suppliers, particularly in China.
• Proficiency in placing orders, managing procurement cycles, and overseeing the endtoend procurement process.
• Experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in Chinese market.
• Fluent Mandarin.
• Experience in quality control of imported products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
