Tracking Operations Coordinator to join our operations team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact.

NGS Head Office, London, E14 5AA
Work Schedule:
- 6 on 6 off shiftbased roster hrs & hrs) in our Operations Centre
- 24 days annual holiday, excluding statutory public holidays
Key tasks and responsibilities:

24hr Global Client Support: Provide continuous assistance in our operations centre to global and insurance clients.

Operational Expertise: Handle device setup, platform integration, and operational control, catering to diverse client emergencies and bespoke needs.

Emergency Response Support: Assist in coordinating emergency medical and political evacuations and related admin tasks.

Global Event Monitoring: Proactively monitor and respond to global events, ensuring client safety and support.

Hotline Management: Efficiently manage emergency hotlines and triage client requests.

Client Training: Deliver clear, effective training on device operation and NGS support services.

Technical Proficiency: Gain expertise in GPRS/GSM/GPS and Satellite tracking systems, managing client platforms, contracts, and billing.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years in travel tracking assistance or related fields
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Qualifications in emergency management and response
- Desirable: German speaker or second language proficiency (French, Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic)
