Sales Administrator

Kidderminster

£ plus bonus and excellent benefits

Monday to Friday
TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a well-established, international manufacturing company in Hartlebury/Kidderminster.


Responsibilities

  • Processing orders from order entry through to invoicing using SAGE
  • Respond and follow up order enquiries with Sage CRM
  • Provide prompt quote responses
  • Take and close orders from customers
  • Liaise between internal departments/external sales team
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Ensure customers are receiving a high level of service
  • Create quotes with corresponding customers
  • Checking Stock levels

Person Specification

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • IT literate, able to use windows and other computer packages
  • Experience using Sage would be advantageous
