This part-time role working 30 hours per week over five days. Working patterns will be discussed at the interview. Salary advertised is a full-time equivalent.**We're looking for an HR Administrator to join our busy team. You'll provide administrative support for the entire employee life cycle, including managing an inbox, updating colleague records in SAP, and managing HR documents. You'll also provide administrative support to our ER team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in HR.

Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you'll work from our head office three days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and amend employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Carry out reference checks
  • Review and validate right to work documentation.
  • Collate documentation for new starters and set up new colleague files.
  • Liaise with Recruitment/hiring managers to ensure employment contracts for new starters are delivered within timescales.
  • Update the HRMS accurately and file all employee documentation, ensuring all Data Protection procedures are adhered to
  • Support the Employee Relations team to process ER documentation and action and maintain this within the HRMS
  • Provide assistance / advice to colleagues & managers on using the HR selfservice system and general HR administrative process
  • Provide support and assistance to senior stakeholders with HR queries.
  • Provide support / advice to colleagues & managers ensuring service levels are met.
  • Monitor and administer employee benefits.
  • Produce employment and financial references for 3rd parties.

Required skills & experience

  • Strong administration experience ideally within a Human Resource team.
  • Confident verbal and written communicator able to interact with all levels of staff and 3rd parties.
  • Good organiser needs to be able to keep track of multiple pieces of work and be able to plan ahead and prioritise.
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail and able to handle highly confidential information.
  • Selfmotivated able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident and competent in use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (and ideally SAP HR)
