Tempest Education is looking to appoint an experienced A-Level biology teacher for a mainstream secondary school in the Manchester area.

The role will start after February half-term and will continue on a full-time basis, 5 days per week until the summer to cover an absence within the department.

The position will involve teaching biology up to A-Level and some KS3 general science as well.

Key Requirements

Teacher of biology up to and including A-Level
Able to teach general science to KS
Capable of writing interesting and diverse lesson plans
Good behaviour management
Great interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable
