THE COMPANY
This role is with an exciting credit start-up who have grown rapidly and are continuing to expand. They are seeking a Lending Strategy Manager to work across their credit products and drive growth and profitability.

This is an exciting opportunity to joina fast-paced and dynamic environment where you can have true ownership over your work.

THE ROLE
This role would see you working across a range of strategies for their existing customers:

Using analytics and broader data analysis to develop strategies for existing customers
Using scorecards to drive lending and commercial strategy
Work on existing strategies to optimise and improve these
Mentor and manage the wider team in addition to stakeholder engagement

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in working on credit risk strategy, ideally in credit cards
Knowledge of lending processes and procedures
A background in banking or financial services
A commercially driven mindset and strong communication skills

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Up to £70,000 base salary
